Use a recent colour passport photo and sign in black on white. The official page contradicts itself: photo instructions say within 1 MB but another line refers to 50 KB; signature instructions say within 1 MB in one section and 20–50 KB in another. Our working photo cap is 50 KB and signature range 20–50 KB, fitting the stated byte caps. Check the application’s actual fields. No fixed pixel dimensions are stated; scanning should be at least 200 DPI.
