For each exam application, use a studio colour photo taken on or after its notification date, on white, with both ears and neck visible. Print your name and photo date at the bottom: the instructions allocate 115 pixels to the portrait and 55 to the caption. Sign in black or blue on white. The source pairs photo 3.5 × 4.5 cm with 130 × 170 pixels, and signature 6 × 2 cm with 230 × 75 pixels, while asking for a 200 DPI scan. Those physical and pixel measurements do not agree mathematically. This preset uses the published pixels and 200 DPI metadata; check the current exam notice and portal preview. It does not add captions. OTR photo recency and individual exam-photo recency differ.

Prepare and check your upload
Choose the image type, open your original image and resize. Keep the suggested settings or adjust them within the published constraints. Download the JPEG and inspect the full image before uploading.
The checker verifies output pixels and file size. It does not verify identity, photo age, background, face coverage, ink colour, required captions or acceptance by the application. Keep the original and follow any updated notice for your cycle.
