The Common Application Form requires an uploaded photo and live capture. Sign three times vertically on plain white paper in black ink and upload that sheet. A single-signature preset would be misleading. Current numeric portal constraints have not been verified; enter the displayed values in Custom.
Live photo: Capture it in the official application. A resized file cannot replace live capture.
