The updated brochure asks for a colour square portrait, 2 × 2 inches (shown as 50 × 50 mm), 100 KB–5 MB, with about 80% face coverage, eyes open, neutral expression and a plain light or white background. It does not state the image file format or signature byte limits in the reviewed photo section. Confirm those fields in the application before using Custom. Do not reuse the older 20–50 KB photo limits from other Maharashtra CET forms.
