The official PG instructions require a recent front-facing passport photo with plain background and a candidate signature. The public page gives no numeric image limits. Read your application’s upload fields and use Custom; certificate PDF rules are separate.

Prepare and check your upload

The checker verifies output pixels and file size. It does not verify identity, photo age, background, face coverage, ink colour, required captions or acceptance by the application. Keep the original and follow any updated notice for your cycle.
